Our story — since January 1986

One Source Imaging began when founder Chris Solberg, then a high school freshman, started reselling floppy disks and re-inking printer ribbons for local schools — saving them 50% versus new ribbons.

By senior year, the company supplied 18 Wisconsin school districts. Through college, UW–Eau Claire recycled ribbons through One Source Imaging, saving thousands annually. As technology evolved, we added remanufactured laser toner, OEM supplies, printers, copiers, MFPs, checks, labels, and managed print.

The customer has always been at the center. We listen, respond, and grow the services you ask for — today including nearly 40,000 office supply SKUs, equipment sales and repair, and full fleet management for one flat cost per page.

We are especially proud of our environmental impact: last year alone, cartridge recycling diverted over 12,000 pounds of plastic and metal from local landfills and conserved thousands of gallons of oil versus buying new.
