Maintenance contracts include those visits, plus faster repair when something does fail, so you can budget print cost instead of gambling on breakdowns. Contracts cover service and preventive care. They do not cover most items manufacturers treat as consumables (paper and cartridges). Pricing depends on printer type and how many devices you enroll. We call to schedule the maintenance visit so you actually get what you paid for — unlike providers who wait for you to remember.
